What is the difference between keywords and thematic categories?

Keywords are defensive: "never miss anything on my files". Thematic categories (permits, bankruptcies, sales, judgments, etc.) are opportunistic: "see everything in a domain". Each category costs CHF 5/month and covers all your cantons (the included one and any you add). All categories are included in the Cabinet plan.
