The transactions, prices and projects of your market, every day
In Geneva every property sale is published with the parcel, the parties and the price, and so is every building permit application. Publicus turns these publications into an alert feed for your area.
In short
- Geneva publishes every property acquisition in the FAO with the consideration in francs, except family transfers (art. 157 LaCC).
- Every building permit application is published there and opens a 30-day comment period (art. 3 LCI).
- "Real-estate sales" and "Building permits" thematic alerts: CHF 5/month each, included in Cabinet.
- Or targeted monitoring by address, parcel number, owner or developer.
Transactions: actual prices, not asking prices
Geneva's art. 157 LaCC notice states the parcel, its area, the buildings, the parties, the previous acquisition date and the price recorded in the deed. Followed over time, it gives a precise picture of prices by municipality and of the owners who buy or sell.
Projects: every permit application
Demolitions, extra storeys, new builds: published permit applications reveal projects long before the site opens. For developers they show competitors' activity; for property managers, the works around the buildings they manage.
Auctions and bankruptcies
Property auctions ordered by debt-enforcement and bankruptcy offices, and the bankruptcies of developers or owners, appear in the official gazettes. Publicus files them under "Real-estate sales" and "Bankruptcy and debt enforcement".
How to get set up
- One category: CHF 5/month per thematic alert, on top of your plan.
- Cabinet — CHF 149/month: every thematic category, 250 keywords, 5 users.
- Each extra canton: CHF 5/month.
Frequently asked questions
Are prices published in every canton?
No. Publishing property transactions is a matter of cantonal law; Geneva publishes the consideration (art. 157 LaCC), other cantons publish less detail. Publicus delivers what each gazette publishes.
Can I receive a single municipality only?
The thematic alert covers your cantons in full. For a narrower area, follow addresses or parcel numbers as keywords.
Can I export the data?
Pro and Cabinet export your alert history as CSV.
