We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Publicus subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used to purchase.
• Or email us at support@publicus.ch.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the management portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — you keep access until that date, then your account switches to read-only.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata calculation. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
