A thematic alert sends you every new publication of a category in your cantons: every bankruptcy, every building permit application, every real-estate transaction. Each category costs CHF 5/month; all of them are included in the Cabinet plan.

Each category is activated separately for CHF 5/month and covers all your cantons: the canton included in your plan and any cantons you add. All categories are included in the Cabinet plan.

- **Real-estate sales** — Real-estate transactions, ownership transfers and property auctions published in your canton.
- **Building permits** — Building permit applications, extensions and decisions published in your canton.
- **Bankruptcy and debt enforcement** — Bankruptcy openings, suspensions, revocations and closures, composition moratoria and debt-enforcement notices in the canton.
- **Commercial register** — Company incorporations, changes and deletions published in the SOGC for your canton.
- **Courts** — Summonses, decisions, estates and inventories published by the judicial authorities (excluding penalty orders).
